Rachel posted on a facebook page that she was looking for a photographer. I gave her a message with detailed information about me and sent my website to her. I didn't really expect to receive a response because I knew multiple other photographers responded to her need. I was surprised to receive a rather quick response, she had some questions about what she'd receive image wise and prices.
Turned out that the last time she had photos taken, they paid a lot of money for the session and then received three images and had to purchase any additional images they wanted on top of the session fee. I was glad to be a the person who gave her a better outlook on photographers and I felt so bad for her going through that first experience. I end up caring for my clients like they are friends and family.
I enjoyed getting to know these two through our photo session. I am so glad this experience went better for her. I encourage all of my clients to come to me about any of their possible concerns so that we may find solutions and can be reassured.
I look forward to possibly getting to know these two better and watching their relationship grow through photography.
